Carlene Sifford
Carlene Sifford serves as Vice President of Procurement for PatientCare EMS Solutions, where she leads enterprise-wide purchasing strategy and process improvement initiatives that support stronger operations, greater sourcing discipline, and continued cost savings. She brings more than 25 years of experience in procurement management, supply chain operations, and operational efficiency, with a background spanning small businesses, Fortune 500 organizations, and defense contractors.
Prior to joining PatientCare, Carlene served as Director of Global Purchasing for Priority OnDemand, a national EMS and medical transportation platform, where she built a greenfield procurement department, led the selection and deployment of a procure-to-pay system across the company’s national brands, and delivered substantial cost savings through supplier consolidation and data-driven purchasing. Her work there earned national recognition, including a 2023 Coupa Spendsetter award for Smarter Spending and an appointment to Coupa’s Customer Executive Board. Earlier in her career, she led the Respiratory Business Unit at Aeroflow Healthcare with full P&L responsibility, managed procurement operations at V&F Transformer, sourced components for naval vessels under government procurement regulations as a Senior Buyer at CDI Engineering Solutions, and held operations and supply chain roles at RSI Home Products and Owens Corning. This depth of experience in building procurement infrastructures and managing government-regulated sourcing positions her to strengthen purchasing practices across PatientCare EMS Solutions and the communities it serves.
